These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taglo platform, mobile applications, website, creator programs, monetization systems, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using Taglo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Taglo is a social commerce platform focused on fashion discovery.

Creators may participate in monetization programs through affiliate-based revenue sharing.
Taglo is not a retailer, marketplace operator, payment processor, or product seller unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchases occur on third-party retailer websites and are governed by the retailer's terms and policies.
Users retain ownership of content they upload ("User Content"). By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Taglo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, analyze, promote, and use the content in connection with operating, improving, securing, marketing, monetizing, and promoting the Platform.

Taglo may remove content, restrict visibility, disable recommendations, suspend monetization, limit account functionality, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal, moderation, operational, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or compliance purposes.
Taglo may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and automated technologies to assist with:
AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, or incorrect.
Creators remain responsible for reviewing, confirming, editing, and approving all tagged products and published content.
Taglo does not use AI for facial recognition or biometric identification.
Taglo does not make automated decisions that significantly affect users' legal rights.
Users must not:
Creators are solely responsible for complying with advertising, sponsorship, affiliate disclosure, endorsement, and consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Taglo reserves the right to investigate violations and remove content, suspend monetization access, freeze balances, restrict recommendations, cooperate with authorities, or terminate accounts without notice.
Taglo participates in affiliate marketing programs operated by third-party retailers and affiliate networks.
When users click affiliate links and make purchases through third-party retailers, Taglo may receive commissions.
Creators participating in monetization programs may receive a percentage of qualifying net affiliate commissions subject to these Terms and applicable monetization rules.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed and may be subject to reversals, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, tracking failures, retailer disputes, and payment provider restrictions.
Participation in creator monetization features is subject to these Terms, payment provider requirements, affiliate network rules, and applicable laws.
Creators remain independent users of the Platform. Nothing within the Platform creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
Taglo may provide verification badges, creator labels, "Founding Creator" designations, or similar status indicators.
These designations do not constitute endorsements, guarantees of authenticity, guarantees of identity, guarantees of monetization, or guarantees of product quality.
Taglo reserves the right to grant, revoke, modify, suspend, or remove creator status features at any time.
All photos and videos are reviewed by our automated moderation systems before they become visible to other users. Content is not shown publicly until it passes moderation, and stricter rules are applied to content posted by users under 18.
Taglo supports user-generated content reporting and user blocking.

You can also block other users to stop them from interacting with you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, which may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, or take other action as needed.

Taglo is not obligated to monitor all content or activity.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Taglo may release beta, experimental, test, or early access features.
Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, modified, interrupted, unavailable, or removed at any time.
Beta features are provided without guarantees, warranties, or service commitments.
Use of beta features is at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Taglo Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Taglo may process, transfer, store, and use data through third-party providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, affiliate networks, AI providers, operational partners, and subprocessors where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.
Data may be transferred internationally, including outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
If you access the Platform through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or similar marketplaces, you acknowledge that those marketplaces are not responsible for the Platform, its maintenance, support, or claims relating to the Platform.
Your use of the Platform must comply with applicable third-party marketplace rules and device provider terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taglo and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Taglo may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove Platform features at any time without liability.
Taglo may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taglo regarding use of the Platform.
Taglo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
Taglo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, wars, internet failures, labor disputes, pandemics, payment network failures, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Users may also have mandatory consumer rights under local laws which cannot legally be excluded.
