These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taglo platform, mobile applications, website, creator programs, monetization systems, subscription services, AI features, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using Taglo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Taglo may apply additional eligibility requirements, age verification measures, parental consent requirements, regional access restrictions, or account limitations where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, operational, fraud prevention, platform integrity, moderation, or compliance purposes.
Taglo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, verify, review, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal, operational, fraud prevention, moderation, security, or compliance reasons.
Browsing without an account (guest use)
Parts of Taglo can be used without creating an account — browsing the feed, the Shop and Discover, and viewing products. These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to that use as well: by opening and using Taglo you agree to them, whether or not you create an account.
Guest use is limited to browsing. Creating an account is required to save items, build a basket, follow, post, comment, message, or join a live shopping session.
If you are under 13, you may not use Taglo at all, including as a guest.

Taglo is a social commerce platform focused on fashion discovery.
Users may:
Creators may participate in monetization programs through affiliate-based revenue sharing.
Taglo is not a retailer, marketplace operator, payment processor, or product seller unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchases occur on third-party retailer websites and are governed by the retailer's terms and policies.
Users retain ownership of content they upload ("User Content"). By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Taglo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, analyze, promote, and use the content in connection with operating, improving, securing, marketing, monetizing, and promoting the Platform.

Taglo may remove content, restrict visibility, disable recommendations, suspend monetization, limit account functionality, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal, moderation, operational, fraud prevention, platform integrity, or compliance purposes.
Shop With A Friend lets users aged 18 or over start live audio calls with mutual follows and, with explicit consent, share what they are browsing in the app with friends in the call.
Taglo ranks content and products using your onboarding preferences and, where you have opted in (18+ only), Style Personalisation based on how you interact with products. Personalisation is described in our Privacy Policy, where you can also learn how to switch it off and delete your data. Shopping placements in the feed are clearly labelled.
Taglo may use artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, and automated technologies to assist with:
AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, or incorrect.
Creators remain responsible for reviewing, confirming, editing, and approving all tagged products and published content.
Taglo does not use AI for facial recognition or biometric identification.
Taglo does not make automated decisions that significantly affect users' legal rights.

Creators are solely responsible for complying with advertising, sponsorship, affiliate disclosure, endorsement, and consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Taglo reserves the right to investigate violations and remove content, suspend monetization access, freeze balances, restrict recommendations, cooperate with authorities, or terminate accounts without notice.
Product information on Taglo — including names, descriptions, images, sizes, prices, discounts, stock and availability — is supplied by third-party retailers and affiliate networks. We reproduce what they give us. We do not manufacture, stock, inspect, or sell any product.
Sizes. Sizes shown in Taglo are the sizes the retailer publishes for that item. Sizing is not standardised: the same label means different measurements between brands, countries and garments. Taglo does not verify sizes, does not convert between sizing systems, and makes no representation that an item will fit. Choosing a size is your decision, and Taglo accepts no liability for an item that does not fit, for a size that turns out to be described differently by the retailer, or for any cost of return or exchange. Check the retailer's own size guide before you buy.
Pre-filled baskets. For some retailers Taglo can open the retailer's own website with items already added to their basket, including a size you selected in Taglo. This is a convenience only. You are responsible for checking the items, sizes, quantities, colours and prices on the retailer's own checkout page before you pay. The retailer's basket and order confirmation are what govern your purchase, not anything displayed in Taglo.
Prices and availability change constantly and may be out of date, wrong, or unavailable by the time you reach the retailer. The price you pay is the price shown at the retailer's checkout.
Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer. Taglo is not a party to it. Delivery, returns, refunds, faulty goods, warranties and customer service are the retailer's responsibility under their terms and under your statutory rights against them.
Taglo participates in affiliate marketing programs operated by third-party retailers and affiliate networks.
When users click affiliate links and make purchases through third-party retailers, Taglo may receive commissions.
Creators participating in monetization programs may receive a percentage of qualifying net affiliate commissions subject to these Terms and applicable monetization rules.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed and may be subject to reversals, refunds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, tracking failures, retailer disputes, and payment provider restrictions.
Taglo offers optional paid subscription tiers — Taglo Pro and Taglo Elite. Creating and using a standard Taglo account remains free; subscriptions are optional and unlock additional features.
Pricing. Current pricing is: Taglo Pro — £12.99 per month or £119 per year; Taglo Elite — £30 per month or £299 per year. Prices are in GBP and are shown at checkout, where any applicable taxes will be indicated. Taglo may change subscription prices from time to time; we will give reasonable notice and any change will take effect from your next renewal.
Billing and payment. Subscriptions are sold and billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) via the web, and not through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current price, until cancelled.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial or unused periods.
Consumer rights and refunds. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory statutory rights you may have, including any cooling-off or cancellation rights under UK or EU consumer law. Where you request immediate access to a digital subscription, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel for that period may be lost once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Refunds, where offered, are handled through our payment processor.
What subscriptions include. Paid tiers unlock additional creator features, which currently include (depending on tier) the ability to tag your own product links and retain a greater share of eligible commission, access to a creator shop, audience and earnings insights, and status badges. The specific features included in each tier are described in the app and may be added to, changed, or removed over time.
Failed payments and downgrades. If a renewal payment fails or you cancel, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of the paid period and paid features will be disabled. Your account and content are not deleted by a downgrade.
Subscriptions are personal to your account and may not be resold or transferred.
Participation in creator monetization features is subject to these Terms, payment provider requirements, affiliate network rules, and applicable laws.
Creators remain independent users of the Platform. Nothing within the Platform creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship.
Eligibility. Tagging products, earning commission, and receiving payouts are available only to users aged 18 or over who complete any required identity and payout verification.
Commission share. Where a product you have tagged results in a qualifying sale through an affiliate network, you are entitled to a share of the net affiliate commission that Taglo actually receives for that sale. The current creator share is 60%, or 70% for Founding Creators for a limited promotional period as described in the app. Commission rates and any promotional terms may change on reasonable notice.
Payment only of commission actually received ("pay-when-received"). Taglo only pays creators commission that Taglo has itself received and cleared from the relevant affiliate network. Until Taglo has been paid for a sale, related earnings are shown as pending or cleared and are not yet available for payout; they become payable only once Taglo has received the corresponding funds. No commission is payable on sales that are cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, unconfirmed, untracked, or identified as fraudulent or in breach of network rules, and amounts previously credited may be reversed if the underlying sale is later reversed.
Payouts via Stripe. Creator payouts are made through Stripe (Stripe Connect). To receive payouts you must create and maintain a connected Stripe account, provide accurate identity and payout information, and comply with Stripe's applicable terms. Taglo is not a bank and does not hold your earnings as a deposit. A minimum payout threshold and payout schedule may apply and will be shown in the app.
Taxes. You are solely responsible for your own taxes arising from creator earnings, including income tax and VAT where applicable. You act as an independent user and not as an employee, agent, or partner of Taglo.
Withholding and adjustments. Taglo may withhold, delay, freeze, adjust, or reverse earnings and payouts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, chargebacks or network reversals, incomplete verification, breach of these Terms or monetization rules, or legal or compliance reasons.
Taglo may provide verification badges, creator labels, subscription tier badges, "Founding Creator" designations, or similar status indicators.
These designations do not constitute endorsements, guarantees of authenticity, guarantees of identity, guarantees of monetization, or guarantees of product quality.
Taglo reserves the right to grant, revoke, modify, suspend, or remove creator status features at any time.
All photos and videos are reviewed by our automated moderation systems before they become visible to other users. Content is not shown publicly until it passes moderation, and stricter rules are applied to content posted by users under 18.
Taglo supports user-generated content reporting and user blocking.

You can also block other users to stop them from interacting with you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, which may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, or take other action as needed.

Taglo is not obligated to monitor all content or activity.
Child safety. Taglo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation material. Where such material is suspected, detected, or reported, we are legally required to preserve it and report it to the relevant authorities rather than delete it, and we will cooperate with law enforcement and specialist bodies. See our Privacy Policy for how such material is handled.

Users may manage notification preferences through device settings or in-app settings where available.
Taglo may release beta, experimental, test, or early access features.
Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, modified, interrupted, unavailable, or removed at any time.
Beta features are provided without guarantees, warranties, or service commitments.
Use of beta features is at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Taglo Privacy Policy, which includes information about cookies and similar technologies.
Taglo may process, transfer, store, and use data through third-party providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, affiliate networks, AI providers, operational partners, and subprocessors where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.
Data may be transferred internationally, including outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
If you access the Platform through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or similar marketplaces, you acknowledge that those marketplaces are not responsible for the Platform, its maintenance, support, or claims relating to the Platform.
Your use of the Platform must comply with applicable third-party marketplace rules and device provider terms.

Material that must be preserved and reported to authorities by law (including suspected child sexual abuse material) is retained as required even after an account is deleted.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taglo disclaims warranties relating to:
Taglo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful monetization, product accuracy, retailer availability, or creator earnings.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taglo and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Taglo may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove Platform features at any time without liability.
Taglo may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taglo regarding use of the Platform.
Taglo may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
Taglo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, wars, internet failures, labor disputes, pandemics, payment network failures, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Users may also have mandatory consumer rights under local laws which cannot legally be excluded.
